This beautiful estate holds the same name as the hill where it is located. The impressive views of this property, overlooks the village of San Donato in Poggio and most of Chianti Classico. This hamlet literally sits in the geographical line that divides Siena and Florence! A truly unique location for growing grapes and olives.

The main hamlet was built in the 11th century and during the summer of 1857 the Duke of Tuscany hosted Pope Pius IX at this remarkable estate where he enjoyed the wonderful wines and olive oil of this farm, and now in the 21st century you can do the same!
